The Operations Hub (OH) is a centralized and standardized location for everything relating to tools and processes/projects within the HERE organization. The OH is organized by projects and tools instead of by administrative group. The key component of this idea is the ease of access, giving users a far more efficient way to access any tool site or project site to learn more about what the organization as a whole is doing. The OH provides standardized templates for tool and project sites. With the Ops Hub, once you've seen one site you will know where to find the info you need on any other site; be it training schedules, user guides, FAQs or tool access info.
HERE University - Ops Hub Awareness ModuleThe Operations Bridge (OB) provides the geographical context which lies at the heart of creating the very best map data available for our customers. Organized by country, the Bridge will provide RMC and GPO the information necessary to code unique country situations.
The Tool Inventory is the most comprehensive of its kind available today. It contains over 100 tools, and includes various details about each tool to help end users quickly find what they need. If a tool in the Inventory has a dedicated Ops Hub Tool site a link is provided. Access the Inventory from the Library, or from the nav links bar on every OH site.
